As soon as you list the property with us, we start sharing offers with you. Once approved, the property can be immediately rented

Our contractors visit the property and inspect the damage type to share the quotation. Our experienced contractors fix the issues and shares pictures & videos of the same with the landlord

In long term lease, the tenant pays for maintenance work if the cost is less than AED 500 and the landlord pays if the cost is over AED 500.

In short term lease, any damage by tenant is deducted from their security. Any major maintenance work required is paid by the landlord.

When a tenant vacates a property, we carry out end-of-lease evaluations. If any repairs are required, we will share a report with both parties to determine who will bear the costs. Once this is settled, repair and maintenance work is initiated followed by property remarketing.

The security deposit is held by us. After a tenant vacates the property, repair costs attributed to the tenant are deducted from the security deposit and the balance is refunded accordingly.

It depends on the location and age of property. In prime locations, short terms rentals could be 40%-50% higher than short term rentals.

As your property management company, we can collect rent on your behalf. This can be credited to your account as per collection in long term lease and monthly in case of short term lease.
